
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬
Today, the NG-CDF Board, led by Ag. Chief Executive Officer Benjamin Magut, visited Awendo Constituency to commission and hand over key education projects funded through the NG-CDF.
The Board officially handed over a 240 student capacity dormitory at Bishop Odera Agongo Mixed Secondary School, opened three new classrooms at Get Comprehensive School, and h
anded over five fully equipped classrooms at Ombasa Comprehensive School under the NG-CDF Best Practice Programme.
These projects will help provide better learning and boarding facilities for students while supporting schools to accommodate growing enrolment.
The Board appreciates the leadership of Awendo Constituency MP Hon. John Walter Owino, who also serves as a member of the National Assembly Select Committee (NASC) on NG-CDF, for his support in advancing education projects across the constituency.
The visit also included a tree planting exercise as part of efforts to promote environmental conservation in schools.
The NG-CDF Board remains committed to ensuring that Fund resources are utilized effectively to improve access to education and support community development across the country.
