The National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) Board has successfully concluded the second phase of its nationwide regional programme to review constituency project proposals for the 2026/2027 Financial Year while simultaneously rolling out the Vote Book Management System (VBMS), which will support the closure of 2025/26 FY, migration of closing balances and effective management of the 2026/27 budget
