The Presidential Digital Talent Programme is a flagship Public-Private Partnership programme under the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy, implemented by the ICT Authority. Now in its tenth year, the programme focuses on building ICT capacity within Government, nurturing the next generation of globally competitive technology professionals and developing leadership talent to support Kenya’s Digital Economy.
