NG-CDF Board officers are conducting regional validation exercises to review constituency project proposals following successful public participation forums held across the country.
The exercise is aimed at ensuring all proposed projects comply with the provisions of the NG-CDF Act, reducing delays caused by repeated revisions and resubmissions during the approval process.
The engagements also provide an important opportunity for the Board to interact directly with constituency teams responsible for compiling project proposals, clarifying approval requirements, sharing best practices, and enhancing their capacity to prepare quality submissions.
In Nyanza Region, the exercise was further honored by a visit from NG-CDF Board Acting CEO, Mr. Benjamin Magut, who engaged with stakeholders and emphasized the importance of compliance, quality project planning, and timely approvals to accelerate development in constituencies.
