FINAL SUBMITIONS FROM THE PUBLIC IN NAIROBI COUNTY

The final public participation forum on the amendment of the NG-CDF Act,2015 was held today in Nairobi County. Residents from all 17 constituencies in Nairobi were represented at the forum.
The National Assembly Select Committee on NG-CDF, chaired by Hon. Musa Sirma, has successfully visited 24 counties.
The residents of Nairobi recommended increasing the fund allocation from the current 2.5% to 10%.
