Kibra Constituency Profile
Kibra is one of the 290 constituencies in Kenya and one of the 17 constituencies in Nairobi county. The constituency is situated 5 kilometers from Nairobi Central Business District. The constituency covers an area of about 12.10 square kilometers, with five wards being Makina, Lainisaba, Lindi, Woodley and Sarangombe. Kibra is home to Kenya’s largest slum characterized by high poverty levels. The slum areas are the most disadvantaged and challenging due to the number of poverty-stricken people
