The Board is currently receiving and validating constituency project proposals through regional review sessions following the successful completion of public participation for the 2026/27 Financial Year.
The exercise is aimed at ensuring project proposals comply with the provisions of the NG-CDF Act and are aligned with the Fund’s mandate before approval. To prevent delays arising from the movement of documents, the Board is providing regional technical experts, including Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Land Valuers, at its own cost to support the review and validation process.

The regional approach also allows project proposals to be assessed within their respective contexts, promoting a more efficient and consistent review process.

In the North Rift Region, Board Director Hon. Naomi Masitsa Shiyonga, accompanied by Chief Manager, Programme and Field Services Coordination, Ms. Elizabeth Kitundu, visited the regional review exercise, where they assessed its progress and interacted with participants.
