NG-CDF Board of Directors and management during a working retreat to review the strategic Plan on 28th and 29th May 2021 at Bamburi Beach hotel

The Board’s Current strategic plan 2016/2017-2020/2021 provides a five year road map through
five (5) strategic objectives meant to enhance it’s service delivery.

The strategic objectives also provide strategies geared towards achievement of Boards vision – “equitable socio-economic development countrywide”

Review of the strategic plan will help identify gaps and emerging issues if any.

Strategic plan is a progressive document and undergoes various stages such as development, implementation, measuring/evaluation and finally review of the plan.

The review process helps to adopt remedial measures to ensure execution and achievement of the targets.
