NG-CDF Board Risk champions join other public and private organization in a risk champions training organized by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya(ICPAK) in Naivasha this week. The training entailed sensitization of Risk champions on their roles in the organization’s risk management.

The NG-CDF Board has integrated risk management into its processes to ensure it meets its objectives. To promote and strengthen ownership of risks, the Board appointed vibrant risk champions within each department/division. These Risk Champions will play a crucial role in promoting a risk-aware culture and implementing risk management strategies.
In addition, the Board has taken steps to automate the risk management processes, utilizing technology to streamline and improve efficiency.
