The Board of Directors and the Ag. Chief Executive Officer, Mr Benjamin Magut, this afternoon visited Machakos to assess the progress of the Smart CDF system, a transformative in house digital initiative that is reshaping the way the Board works and delivers services.

Once operational, the integrated platform will bring together project management, field financials, monitoring and evaluation, and electronic document management into one system, improving efficiency, strengthening accountability, and enhancing decision making across the Board.

Expected to go live in September 2026, the Smart CDF system marks a significant step towards a paperless and more responsive institution, laying the foundation for improved service delivery and a more seamless experience for stakeholders.
