The National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) Board ensures efficient management of the fund as per the NG-CDF Act (Section 16(c) of NG-CDF Act, 2015 (Amended in 2022). Monitoring and reporting are vital in achieving this efficiency, guided by the Act’s regulations.

The Board, through the Monitoring & Evaluation(M&E) Division, has developed comprehensive Reporting Templates for all the Fund programs, including Projects Implementation Status (PIS) Reports, Bursary Reports, NHIF Reports, Environmental Reports, Emergency Reports, Sports Reports, and Analytical Reports.

Given this, the division is currently undertaking training of all constituency Fund Account Managers (FAMs) and National Government constituencies development fund committees (NG-CDFCs) staff as well as Regional coordinators (RCs). The training session will run from May and June 2023. The session aims at entrenching the utilization of M&E tools in the daily workflow of constituency offices. By the end of the training,  580 staff from 290 constituencies will have been trained.
